Alberto Ramirez has more than twenty years of experience in domestic and international Oil & Gas service operations. His business and technical knowledge includes exploration and production operations, management, and petroleum engineering in Africa, Europe, LATAM and USA where he was involved in both offshore and onshore operations as well as global product line responsibilities.
Alberto started his career as a Coiled Tubing Engineer with BJ Services in 1993. He has held several roles in Sales Management, Business Development, Strategic Engineering, General Management (P&L), Production & Project Management, Operations Management, Target Marketing & Penetration, Negotiation, and Mentoring & Coaching.
He earned an MBA degree in Engineering Management from the University of Dallas, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from the School of Engineering at the Universidad Industrial de Santander in Bucaramanga, Colombia.

Farraj A. Al-Shahrani is a results-driven Executive Management professional with 20 years of experience delivering a forward-thinking approach centered on company success and competitive growth.
He has demonstrated consistent success in building successful teams and managing profitable operations executing greenfield projects with an overall capital expenditure of more than $15B. Talented and inspirational with dynamic communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, and an excellent grasp of change and risk management, coupled with an in-depth understanding of what it takes to drive success. He is organized and dependable with repeated success in managing multiple priorities.
Farraj is currently Investments Sector Head at Dussur where he has supplied strategic leadership and management for the origination and development of industrial ventures, implementation of greenfield and M&A deals, and support of multiple portfolio companies. He sits on the Board of Directors for multiple joint ventures with world-class partners e.g., Saudi Petrolight Chemicals Company, Elessent SPV, and Italmatch SPV.
He previously served on the Tuwaiq Casting and Forging Company board. In his previous role, Farraj was recruited to lead a complex, high-profile, and cross-functional vision 2030 program, as Vice President of the National Industrial Development and Logistics Program (NIDLP). He managed the team to deliver the final program strategy to His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, the Crown Prince, Prime Minister, and other officials.

Maria Claudia Borras is Executive Vice President, Oilfield Services, at Baker Hughes and is responsible for setting the business and value-creation strategies of the Oilfield Services business. In this role, Borras leads approximately 26,000 employees.
Borras has more than 25 years of experience in the oil & gas sector, serving as Chief Commercial Officer at GE Oil & Gas immediately prior to assuming her current role. In this capacity, she managed a global team of more than 4000 sales, commercial, and marketing professionals.
Borras came to GE Oil & Gas in January 2015 from Baker Hughes, which she joined in 1993. From 2013 to her assignment with GE Oil & Gas, she served as President, Latin America Region, overseeing a $2 billion business with approximately 6,000 employees and a diverse range of customers.
She also served as President, Europe/Africa/Russia Caspian Region; Vice President, Global Marketing; Vice President, Centrilift Marketing; and Area Manager for a number of countries in Latin America.
Borras began her career in the oil & gas industry in 1991 as a production engineer for Esso in Bogotá, Colombia. She then moved into operations, marketing, and management roles at Esso before joining Baker Hughes.
She earned a degree in petroleum engineering from the Universidad de América, Bogotá, Colombia, in 1991. Borras has broad experience in organizational transformation, process improvement and growth strategies.
She currently serves on the boards of directors of Tyson Foods Corporation and Baker Petrolite Saudi Company, and served on the board of directors of ADNOC Drilling from 2019 to 2021. She is actively involved in the Baker Hughes Women’s Network and the Baker Hughes Hispanic Forum.
